Now that you've hired a new staff person, below are the steps for setting them up with a ShulCloud account and offer ShulCloud training for their new role.
Adding a New Staff Person to ShulCloud
First you'll need to add an account with the appropriate admin permissions. You'll also need to manually set up a password for them, that they can change once they log in for the first time.
Rather than setting a password for your new staff person, you can also send a login link by selecting the envelope next to their email address and they will be prompted to set an email as soon as they log in.
Adding School Roles for Enterprise Subscription Level
If you have the School module included in your subscription and your new staff person is helping with the school, don't forget to assign them appropriate school roles.
ShulCloud Training Options
ShulCloud offers free training videos via ShulSchool as well as a Help Center with step-by-step instruction articles.
Visit ShulSchool and watch the trainings based on the topics your job requires. We also offer interactive trainings with quizzes to complete at the end. ShulSchool is included with your subscription.
After watching the trainings, come to our 30 minute live weekly Q&As. These Q&As are group sessions that are best for short specific questions. These are also included with your subscription.
If you prefer one-on-one assistance, you can purchase a Professional Services Package for training and/or a private Q&A. Packages include virtual trainings in 60-, 30- and 15-minute increments and are tailored to the unique circumstances of your synagogue, providing more personalized training for your new staff person.
