Introduction
ShulCloud subscriptions are transitioning to Stripe Invoicing in January 2025. Monthly subscriptions and invoicing for ShulCloud are only visible for admins with the permission, Special: Administer ShulCloud Billing.
ShulCloud is implementing this change, and no action is required from clients. However, ShulCloud wants to provide details and information so clients know what to expect.
Stripe invoice history will be visible and accessible from this portal moving forward. Old invoices and receipts must still be requested from the support team by emailing questions@shulcloud.com.
Our ShulCloud Account
ShulCloud subscription information can be viewed and updated by navigating to your name in the top bar on the right, and selecting Our ShulCloud Account. This menu item is only available to admins with the permission, Special: Administer ShulCloud Billing.
Field | Description |
1. Open Billing Portal | Link to Stripe to view and update payment and subscription information. |
2. Purchase SMS Credits | Link to purchase additional credits for SMS (Text) credits. |
3. Site ID | Unique ID to identify a ShulCloud client. |
Open Billing Portal
Selecting this link directs clients to billing.stripe.com and automatically directs the client to the shul's information within stripe.

2. Return to ShulCloud, LLC | Link to return to Our ShulCloud Account within ShulCloud. |

Payment Methods
Select between Card, Google Pay, Pre-Authorized Debit (Canada only), and US Bank Account.

Pre-authorized Debit (CAN Only)

Full name of the contact. |

Select "Agree" to find banking institution. Once the terms have been agreed to, select bank account.
Once a bank account is selected, use online banking credentials to login.
Once logged into the banking institution, select an account to be linked. |

US bank account

3. Search for your Bank | If not listed in the options below, search for the name of the bank to link as a payment method. |

Six (6) common bank names will be listed. If one is the bank to link as a payment method, select it to login. If not listed, use the search bar above to find it. |
5. Add |
Once a banking institution has been selected, click "Agree and Continue" to login and connect an account. Select an account and click "Connect account".
