Introduction
The transaction screen displays all the transactions currently in ShulCloud. Use filters to create a custom list of transactions. There are three options for filtering transactions:
- All Transactions
- Charges Only
- Payments Only
All Transactions

Select a date range to display transactions within that period. The system default is the past 90 days. This can be reviewed and changed in the settings. |

Account Info Filters
Select the account fields that will be displayed in the filtered list alongside the transaction details. Multiple fields can be selected. The following options can be used to designate fields in each section:
Search: Search for a specific field name
All: Select all fields in that particular selection
None: Clear all selected fields in that particular section
Section | Description |
1. Account Info | Select fields with information about the account (for example: Account Type, Join/Resign Date, Marital Status, Tags). |
2. Work Address/Primary Address | Select fields that contain Work Primary Address information. |
3. Billing Address | Select fields that contain Billing Address information. |
4. Secondary | Select Person information for the Secondary Person on the account (for example: First Name, Last Name, Birthday, Phone Number). |
5. Gabbi Info | Select fields that contain Gabbi information. |
6. Address Info | Select fields that contain account Address information. |
7. Billing Info | Select fields with information about Billing (for example: Account Billing Type, Balance Total, Discount Notes). |
8. Primary | Select Person information for the Primary Person on the account (for example: First Name, Last Name, Birthday, Phone Number). |
9. Field Templates | Select specific field templates: automatic formatting of members’ names for addresses and salutations. These may be used on labels or in letters and statements. |
Output Options and Actions
Fields | Description |
1. Show Tax Deductible Amount | When checked, includes a column in the transactions list for Tax Deductible amount. |
2. Always Show Allocations |
When checked, includes a row in the transactions list for the charge that the payment has been allocated to. |
3. Clear Filter |
Clears all filters and outputs. |
4. Print Checked Invoices OR Print Checked Receipts/Thank You Letters |
Print Checked Invoices (Charges Only): Select to create a contribution mailing list in ShulCloud. At least one payment must be selected. Print Checked Receipts/Thank You Letters (Payments Only): Select to create a contribution mailing list in ShulCloud. At least one payment must be selected. |
5. Bulk Adjust Checked Charges/Payments | Charges/Payments Only: Once transactions are filtered by Charges or Payments Only, select to make bulk adjustments. At least one payment must be selected. |
6. Print This View |
Prints the filtered list of transactions. |
7. Export This View |
Exports the filtered list of transactions to Excel. The file will be located in the downloads folder. |
8. Mail Merge View |
Do not use. |
9. Filter |
Produces a custom list of transactions based on the filters and outputs selected. |
