Enter Basic Information
Navigate to the Kesef/Connect form at https://hello.shulware.com/kesefconnect and enter the basic information and select your submission or inquiry type.
| Fields | Description |
| 1. Synagogue Acronym | Enter your Kesef Synagogue Acronym. |
| 2. Synagogue Name | Enter the name of your synagogue. |
| 3. Submitter's Email | Enter your email address. |
| 4. Emails to CC (optional) | If you have an additional email to copy, please add them it and separate with a comma. Currently only one additional email is supported. |
| 5. Submitter's Name | Enter your first and last name. |
Indicate Your Request

Select the option for the request that you would like to make. Once you select an option, additional fields to complete will appear in the form. See below for details about each request option.

Select to submit the form. Only one topic or document can be entered in a form submission. Once you select “Submit,” you will have the option of submitting another form. Please fill out the form again for any additional requests. |
File Uploads
- In the request field, select:
- ShulCloud Billing Adjustments
- Deposits: ShulCloud/Other
- Bank Statement
- Stock Donations
- W9
- Once you select an item, additional fields will appear. Please complete these fields. More fields may appear depending on the responses given.
- When all the necessary fields are complete, a box that says Choose a file to upload or drag and drop here will appear. To attach a document:
- Click Choose a file to Upload to select a document from your computer files.
- Drag a file from your computer into the box, and it should load automatically.
- Select Submit.
- A confirmation email will be sent to the email address listed on the form within 15 minutes of submission. The email will contain the details of the submission.
ShulCloud Form/School Module Charge Type Review
This option should be used when requesting a complementary review of the charge types used in a completed ShulCloud form, module, or event. Please request a charge type review a minimum of 3 business days before going live with a form or school registration.
- In the request field, select ShulCloud Form/School Module Charge Type Review.
- Copy and paste the link to your ShulCloud form or School Module in the Please add the link here field.
- Optional - include a description or more information about your request.
- Select Submit.
- A confirmation email will be sent to the email address listed on the form within 15 minutes of submission. The email will contain the details of the submission.
Payroll Request/Change
This option should be used to enter payroll changes or requests.
- In the request field, select Payroll Request/Change.
- Indicate whether or not Kesef processes your payroll.
- A field titled Type of Request/Change will appear. Select one of the following options:
- Payroll Processing Submissions
- New Hire
- Direct Deposit Change
- Employee Demographic Update
- Termination
- Report Request
- Additional/Corrected Run
- Once you select an item, additional fields will appear. Please complete these fields. More fields may appear depending on the responses given.
- For some requests, there will be the option to upload files. A box for uploading files will appear. To attach a document:
- Click Choose a file to Upload to select a document from your computer files.
- Drag a file from your computer into the box, and it should load automatically.
- Select Submit.
- A confirmation email will be sent to the email address listed on the form within 15 minutes of submission. The email will contain the details of the submission.
Bill.com Ticket Request
Please do not use the Kesef/Connect Form to submit invoices, check requests, or prepaid payments. Instead, use Bill.com’s secure and encrypted email address that has been assigned to your organization. We have a resource if you need assistance.
- In the request field, select Bill.com Ticket Request.
- Select the Type of Request.
- Additional fields will appear. Please complete these fields.
- Select Submit.

A confirmation email will be sent to the email address listed on the form within 15 minutes of submission. The email will contain the details of the submission.
Scanner Request
- In the request field, select Scanner Request.
- Provide a detailed explanation of the assistance you need.
- Select Submit.
- A confirmation email will be sent to the email address listed on the form within 15 minutes of submission. The email will contain the details of the submission.
Change of Bank Account
- In the request field, select Change of Bank Account.
- Enter the information into the secure form, and upload an image of a voided check.
- Select Submit.
- A confirmation email will be sent to the email address listed on the form within 15 minutes of submission. The email will contain the details of the submission.
- If you also need to change the bank account associated with your ShulCloud gateway, please send an email with this same information to questions@shulcloud.com.
QB/GL Related Topic
- In the request field, select QB/GL Related Topic.
- Provide a detailed explanation of the assistance you need.
- Select Submit.
- A confirmation email will be sent to the email address listed on the form. The email will contain the details of the submission.
Bank Transfer
- In the request field, select Bank Transfer.
- Provide a detailed explanation of the assistance you need, and attach a file if necessary.
- Select Submit.
- A confirmation email will be sent to the email address listed on the form. The email will contain the details of the submission.
