The Gateway Fee allows one payment fee, based on the settings of the gateway, unless it is overridden by the charge type. This article provides the steps to set up our gateway.
Before You Begin
Your organization will have access to your fees for the gateway under Admin Menu>My Lists>Gateways. This will allow management of transaction costs, customize payment processes, and adapt charge types gateway fee overrides for your organization. The Gateway Fee allows one payment fee, based on the settings of the gateway, and cannot be overridden by the charge type, if specified.
Considerations

When the gateway is set to 'always ignore the charge type override', then the setting on the payment gateway will be the defaulted gateway fee.

In addition, the Flat Fee on the gateway will have the option for either a different percentage or a Flat Amount.
Audience
Bookkeepers, Financial staff, Top Lay Leaders. Fees on the gateways can be modified by shul professionals. Payment gateways are typically managed by Finance Staff
