Your organization will have access to your online payment fees via the gateway setup and on the charge type level. Fee on the charge type, in addition to the fee on the gateway, provides flexibility and control. This will allow them to override the default gateway fee on the charge type level under Admin Menu>My Lists>Charge Types. This option allow shuls and organizations to manage transaction costs, customize payment processes, and adapt charge type gateway fee overrides for specific needs, ultimately enhancing financial efficiency.
Before You Begin
You must have an approved merchant application completed in order to have a payment gateway on your ShulCloud site. To complete the merchant application: Admin Menu>Merchant Application.
